Exchanging

We would like you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from hulaohana. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will accept exchanges within 5 days after you receive the package, if the following conditions are met: 

- All items must be returned to us in good condition with the original paper tag.

- Customized products cannot be exchanged at any time. (e.g., length and yardage)

- All Items can only be exchanged by the original purchaser.

- You must include the original sales receipt.

To have your item(s) exchanged, please follow the instructions below.

      • Please contact us before sending your original item(s) back to us. Once you receive a confirmation email from us about your exchange, please return your item(s) within 5 days.

      • Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packing* if possible, along with the original sales receipt. * Removing all the original mailing labels from the packing.

      • Send the exchange package to the following address.

      • In order to exchange your item(s), you may need to pay or get a payback before receiving a new product.For purchases made using PayPal, a payback will be credited directly to your PayPal account. If any additional charges were incurred, we will send you a PayPal invoice to your email address. For purchases made using a Credit Card, Your first credit transaction will be canceled. Then, the amount will be re-calculated according to your final totals and charged later on. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable at all times.

IMPORTANT!

You will have to pay for shipping charges in exchanging the product to us. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. On the other hand, we will cover shipping charges when shipping your item(s) back to you; however you might need to pay a duty again when you receive your new item(s). We recommend you select a shipping company that provides global tracking service, such as UPS. The tracking number will help you check and monitor the status of your package delivery.
